What do you think is the hardest thing to do ?

I have been working with a few of you who want to really improve their inner talk to being positive and having phenomenal results. And I’d love to share with you what they’re doing.
Set your alarm on your phone to go off 5 times throughout the day. Check in and see what thoughts you are having, how you are feeling and what action you are taking.
Have a sentence on hand that you can use and say in your mind when the alarm goes off as well: I.e. “I have all the time that I need”, “ Money comes to me from a variety of sources,” or “ I am focused and productive,” or “ I am getting better each day,” or “I choose positive inner thoughts”. Consciously choose to repeat this to yourself.
Ray Stanford, Bob Proctors’ first mentor, told him something critical during one of their first conversations they ever had. He said, “You need only one quality to succeed. You must have discipline.”
And like anything new, this takes practise, perseverance and determination.
