Session 1: The Issues

Are you stressed, exhausted, angry, pouring your heart and soul into your job or business and nowhere close to where you really want to be?

This session deals with emotions – particularly anger and frustration – and what to do about it. Moving away from react to respond is not easy, but it can be done. And it will make a huge difference in you and for those around you.

It’s time for a change.  Let’s get you unstuck. And cut through stress.

Session 2: Working smarter not harder

Are you as productive and efficient as you would like to be? This session will help you have an understanding of what the knowing/doing gap is and close this gap.

As a participant, you will determine those actions in your workplace that are Non-productive and will then look at Productive Actions that you can implement immediately. This changes your behavior to close the gap between what you know and what you actually do.  This exercise can be done on an individual and a team basis.

You will discover strategies you can use that can make big changes for you immediately. And you really will cut through stress. 

Session 3: Using the tools

This session will give you tools that build on last week’s strategies which you can use straight away.  Find out ways to be more focused, productive and efficient in the workplace.

Dealing with difficult work colleagues, bosses or family who love you but don’t understand the pressure will become easier as you apply these tools to situations and concepts that will turn your life around.

The result is you will find a focus that has your thoughts, beliefs and actions aligned so that you are more productive and efficient.

Session 4: Where to from here? And cementing those results

Here you will find out what you need to do to get different results with simple changes that will impact not only work but other areas of your life too.

This module helps teams to develop creative, innovative solutions for problems.  Employees are educated to see problems as opportunities to strengthen their team, and create desired results, which can be measured in increased success.

Sessions 5-6: Optional

We always encourage all participants to return at least once a month for a short catch up session for the next few months, to tweak their M.O. and monitor their progress.

As Anthony Robbins said, “You never tune a piano just once,” so all good programs need that follow up and post-course care.
